Playing the COD warzone graphics card smoothly?

Jo my graphics card was burned out recently and wanted to improve it anyway I think I had a GTX 960.

Could play games like minecraft with 1000 fps, csgo 300fps but in games like pubg I had 40fps and extreme stutters.

Can someone recommend a good graphics card with which I can play games like cod warzone with 100 + fps and also games like gta, pubg fluently.

What kind of pc part could I improve or what is important to be able to play smoothly, unfortunately I don't know anything.
