I saw months ago a list on which all new mobs were listed that should gradually appear in the 1.16 version. Such as Ghost Shark, new bosses, etc. New animals are also to come, such as lions, zebras and giraffes, but also many new biomes such as light and shadow biome

But of course you immediately notice that this is IRONIE and NOT meant seriously.
For example, vehicles just wouldn't fit in Vanilla Minecraft…
