I once saw in some Minecraft video that there was such a potion that gives you this dizziness effect like when you're drunk xD. (So that everything moves and rotates like when you enter a nether portal). I mean the effect is nausea, but which potion is there?

Unfortunately, you can't brew the potion, you have to create it using the command or in creative mode.
In creative mode you can only brew the same potions that you can make in survival mode. It's just a command.
In creative as well as survival mode, mkan can't brew the potion. For this you need the option to use commands (cheats must be activated on servers OP and locally. If you still want to activate local cheats, simply release your game locally with "Open in LAN" and activate the cheats there.) You can create the potion on this website (https://minecraft.tools/de/potion.php) and have it given via a command block. Attention! If you want to do the whole thing on a server that has the essentials, just type "/ give…" instead of "/ minecraft: give".

You just have to type the command the website gives you into a command block. You have to activate it with a redstone and then you have the potion.
