Minecraft keys from MMOGA?

I plan to buy minecraft keys from mmoga for 2 euro…

now it says that there's mc acc where you can use everything except you can't change the email address (non-full-access accounts). Does this have any disadvantages (e.g. In multiplayer)?

But I would advise against it. A friend's account stopped working after 2 weeks

And there can be problems registering online. My friend couldn't change his skin either.
