I'm looking for a machine that Minecraft Java runs well on. I'm getting a PC for my birthday and my parents took a closer look at the Dell Inspiron 27 "7000 AIO (I don't get a gaming PC). Apart from my parents, it's worth getting it, and in my free time, it's just a little bit longer to switch off for a long time and play a bit of Minecraft? It shouldn't cost more than 800 euro, as I also add the remaining amount myself. I'm also pretty new to the whole topic.
Thank you in advance, Dray.

The question of a good PC is always difficult, but you should convince your parents of a normal PC, as this configuration is a complete rip-off for a price of 800 euro. You can assemble this PC and monitor yourself for around 500 euro. If you have them you should go with a Ryzen 5, 16GB Aegis Ram and an AMD RX570. This makes a stable combo and with a monitor we're then at around 800 euro only that you have more than twice the performance.
Many Thanks.
Many thanks for the quick response.
