There are many different games. Minecraft, Gta, Fortnite etc. These are all categories, which are also available on Twitch etc. These are just filters. If YouTube sees that you are playing Minecraft, your video will be shown to others when they are specifically looking for Minecraft videos. It shows nothing more than "Look, he's playing Minecraft".
Edit on video, then under "more options" you will find the item "Game title (optional)"
