Brewing stand build?

I dismantled a brewing stand in Minecraft by hand, but the blaze rod is now gone and instead I only have blaze powder…

How do I set up the brewing now? Do i need a new blaze rod?

Yes you have to. Unfortunately, you can't craft that back.

And can I somehow dismantle the brewing stand so that I can relocate it or do I always have to look for new blaze rods?

Only with the pickaxe as far as I know

If you dismantle the brewing stand with a stone pickaxe or better, you will get it back.
