A good Minecraft island seed?

I'm looking for a seed from an island that has a cave with ores etc underneath or nearby. I've tried a few seeds from islands, but only found caves that looked more like a passageway than a cave. Maybe someone knows a very good seed that corresponds to or is similar to this description.

I picked out a couple of lakes for you, but whether or not they meet your expectations you have to find out yourself because you know exactly what you like or not
