Is it normal that I usually reach up to about 85FPS with Minecraft Shader under GTX 1650?

So I wanted to ask if this is without Super and without Ti Normal in GTX 1650, which I usually achieve with Minecraft Shader up to 85FPS and almost never to 100FPS? Because I have to know whether it is on my CPU or on the graphics card itself, so that I can consider whether I can send the GTX 1650 back and switch to the super variant.
