If the two can't really be compared, I personally think Minecraft is far better - especially with mods that are possible in the Java version

This only affects my (and apparently your) opinion. But that in itself is not comparable. It's like saying League of Legends is a million times better than Call of Duty because I think shooters are stupid and love MOBAs.
I'm not actually comparing the games, just the genres.

Actually, this can't be compared.
But it's all about the personal opinion, I think fortnite is better because I 1. Played the game for a long time in my life and just used to play with boys all day and have fun.
2. The comp range is as good as I can't find in any other game. I have a team myself and know that as many young talents live through fortnite as they could wish for. So many young people who can become self-employed through fortnite.
Because of this and for other reasons, I think Fortnite is better than Mincraft, even if, as I said, you can't actually compare it

At the moment I think Minecraft is better. I have now played Fortnite for hours every day for 2 years and now I just don't feel like it anymore. Now always play with 3 friends on a Minecraft server and have a lot of fun.
