The ability to download Eclipse (or other IDE's) still does not make a programmer. In which language do you want to program?
Do you know what debugging and building is?
Do you want to just scripts instead of programming?
Well, I know a lot more than just installing Eclipse. And debugging is when the program is tested and any bugs are fixed. And building, so to speak, involves the compiling of converting source code to object code
