Hi, I do not understand what Minecraft Premium is? So if you buy the game on Minecraft Net, then you are a premium member, or do you have to pay for premium like a monthly subscription or something, or how?

No one calls a purchased account Premium because it used to be free accounts with which you could play the classic version in the browser. Therefore comes the premium account. Today, that does not matter anymore.
I rather meant the "new definition". Not the old one. Premium accounts are still the purchased accounts
