Hi, I got a cape a few years ago (not Labymod) and now I wanted to change the design again, but I do not know how

If it's an Optifine Cape, you'll need to install and start the latest version of Optifine. In the options there's the tab "Customize Skin" or something like that. There you can also edit your cape
