Minecraft Coder Pack Eclipse Debug Error?

I wanted to program something in Eclipse at the MCP again

and then wanted to debug the MinecraftCoderPack but I got 2 errors: 1. "Unrecognized option: -Xincgc" and 2. "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine" hope someone has found a fix for it and could share it with me.
