Minecraft Windows 10 version change to Java version?

I bought the Windows 10 version a few years ago and saw that you can switch from Java to Windows 10. Now I wanted to know if the other way around is also possible?

The purchase was either late 2017 or early 2018, should this information be needed.

No, that's not possible. There was a free key for the Windows 10 Edition if you bought the Java version before October 2018, but nothing more.
