Hi, here is a hopefully detailed explanation of how to release your own worlds;
first you go to the minecraft folder (no idea if you know how that's why I explain it again) by pressing the windows key + R at the same time and entering% appdata% there, then there's a folder called '.minecraft' by there's another folder called 'saves' from which you copy the order that corresponds to your world and paste it on your desktop. Then right-click on this, go to 'Send to…' and press 'Zip-compressed folder' somewhere on your desktop and a zip file from this folder will appear.
In order to then release them, you can look for different websites, I always use Mediafire for something (would insert a link if possible) I think you have to create an account and there you click on upload files and pull the zip file by drag- & -drop into the Mediafire window. The website then loads the map a little and you can click on Copy Link (or share, I'm not sure) and send the link to the selected people.
