Minecraft PE with Minecraft Windows 10 license?

I found out today that if you have a Minecraft Java edition account you will get a minecraft windows 10 key. So I downloaded Minecraft Windows 10 from Microsoft Store. Now I wonder if I can also use this Windows 10 license to activate Minecraft Pocket edition on my mobile phone. Because it's actually the same game as the Win 10 Edition

No you can't. You have to buy it separately for each platform. And the campaign with the free Windows 10 version was only for people who bought the Java version before October 18, 2018.
