Windows 7 jerky after fresh installation. Is that normal?

Ja

I went down from Windows 10 to Windows 7 yesterday because Windows 10 was a nerve to me with certain things. I have set up Windows 7 in the same way as I had set up Windows 10 (installers installed, standard programs such as TeamSpeak, Discord and so on).

Everything went off properly. Only my Windows 7 jerky in some places.

For example, the animation jerky minimizing windows (and when I call the programs back from the taskbar).

But is it normal that Windows 7 still jerks when it's freshly installed? I mean, not all updates are installed yet.

And another thing about Minecraft:

I also set up Minecraft exactly as I did on Windows 10. It worked perfectly on Windows 10. On Windows 7, it works fine - but with one difference: My game is jerking from time to time (think periodically). And that without lowering my FPS. They stay as they are (for example 400FPS) but it still jerks.

Does anyone have a solution?

Yes, quite normal if you have not installed the drivers for graphics card and motherboard, which I just go out in the Wall of text of you.

But you probably also read no further than me in your post:-P

Install please only Java 64 no 32

Minimizing and maximizing this can be due to the power settings of your computer. I used to be on Linux with my Pentium 3. So on request clock up, alas, too late try it with highest performance under the windows energy options. Yes, no joke

Have Java x64
Motherboard and Graka drivers are installed properly
Maximum power is activated

And still the mistakes.

According to the Task Manager does not do anything in the background? So Windows updates or something? Otherwise, I do not know the Pfenomän… There must be something in the background what disturbs - once out fun the virus scanner issued. Generally times the Windumm Defender made out? Gpedit-msc - Administrative templates - Windum defender - Deactivate real-time protection - activated

Ja

After installing Windows 7, I instantly installed the motherboard and graphics drivers. There was no virus protection or anything else on it. Really nothing except the two drivers. Nevertheless, from then on has already smucked.
