When I open the Minecraft Launcher, I have to log in. Then I enter my e-mail and my password, as every time (I own Minecraft since 2014). But then it tells me: "Invalid username or password". I have already been confirmed that there's a Minecraft account with my e-mail, and if I then want to reset my password, I get no e-mail.
I have already done several things suggested on the Mojang website, but it does not help.
I would also like to approach Mojang or Microsoft Support, but I do not want to wait several months.
Did you check if you have no mistakes in your e-mail?
Did you control your password?
Did you try to use your username (Minecraft name) for logging in?
Did you choose the right mailbox?
If it does not work then Mojang will hate you. (Its just a Joke)
