I have a Mojang account where I bought minecraft and wanted to log in to the launcher after the update but it didn't work. So I went to the official website and wanted to change my password. They said they sent the email, but there was nothing with me. I looked in all the folders. Then I wanted to check if my email was correct, so I clicked the register option and wanted to log in, but it told me that there was already an account on my email. I have now tried to reset the password once a day for a whole week and then waited 24 hours between the next attempt. When it didn't work, I wrote to mojang support but haven't received a response for 5 days. My password was 12 digits long. Was that too little? Was I hacked? I was haved on ubisoft before and used the same password and email. I have already changed my ubisoft data and also my gmail password to a very long password. But the email is still mine and I still don't get the email. What can I do?

First a little tip, write slowly, there are fewer mistakes.

Okay, basically the question arises whether your email provider has sorted out the emails there, possibly through the spam filter. The best thing to do is to ask your e-mail provider whether your account has received the last few days, e-mails from the sender. They should be able to track whether anything was blocked there. It almost looks like the spam filter is sorting out the emails there.

OK thank you. I'm going to ask Gmail.
