I've downloaded (oh wonder) the Technic Launcher for MC, fits everything and everything, but if I want to open it, comes what is included in the screen. Every time. Am complete Noob in something, what should I do? Help!

Simply enter in google java downloads and get down from the oracle java website. Latest version and probably 64 bit. But see that you download the runtime and not the jdk
