Why can I no longer log into my Minecraft account? - 1

Hi! For some time now I have had the problem that I can no longer log into my Minecraft account. I wanted to play Minecraft as normal when I suddenly had to log into the launcher again. I'm 100% sure that I have entered the correct login data (password and e-mail), but I always get the error message that the password or the e-mail is incorrect. The same error occurs on all Minecraft websites (on the Minecraft and Mojang websites). I've already tried to reset my password, but why no email from Mojang / Minecraft arrives in my mailbox. I've already written to Minecraft Support (also on Twitter), but only a bot answers me there (and nobody on Twitter). Do you know what that could be? Additional information: I've never used a cracked version of Minecraft either. I play Minecraft on PC (Windows 10). I play the Java Edition.

I often have the problem that Microsoft messages are moved to the spam folder, maybe the email is in there. Do you know why you were logged out of Mojang?

No, I don't know why I was logged out of the launcher. All of a sudden the login page was there. I've already checked the spam folder and all other folders. Only the bot response from support (which didn't help me) was there. But do not reset anything from the password.

That would definitely be weird. I've only ever used the official version of Minecraft (nothing cracked) and the only other launcher I've used is BadLion.

I know what happened. My account was hacked, and then probably banned. But my account was definitely hacked because the skin was changed (and password too, that's why logging in didn't work) What should I do now?
