Help me with Minecraft? - 1

Well, a buddy of mine who lives in Switzerland bought me MInecraft yesterday. With my email my PW just keep his account. However, I can't log on my lapi in any browser.

So on the Minecraft.net page. Mojang is no problem and he does not want to accept my data in the launcher. On the phone, I can log on without problems on the minecraft.net page and he can log in the laucher and the side. What can I do? Can't log me in with his acc and the support does not answer (because of waiting time and so) and it is just so every time I sign up on the Minecraft.net page, freezed the page or does not even load

I would be glad if you have an idea what that can be

Other browsers try to deactivate Script Blocker ect if necessary… If the site is freezed, there's a loading error and no logon error due to ggf blocking / wrong PW / Username ect… So it is probably on your computer / settings / security settings ect…

While I'm not sure why this happens, I can tell you that it's not the credentials. I suspect that it either fails because of the internet connection or that the website in your area is experiencing problems that need to be resolved after some time.

But I have a question for you: If at least one loading screen is displayed, or freezed already, if you click on LOGIN, because if a loading screen is displayed, then it could be that your browser has problems with JavaScript on this page.

You still have to download the Minecraft Launcher, it's free and usually without any account information, if you did that you can sign up there because the launcher is out of the site, if you did that you would need to be able to play.
