Minecraft still hangs when joining a solo map or multiplayer?

I do not understand why this is so, but it really annoys me Ultra…

Every time I have to go into the Task Manager to kill the Minecraft Launcher so that I can get to a server, which I also don't feel like.

I'm on the server then but I only see Steve skins, and is generally goofy to always kill tasks…

Already updated Java

Already reinstalled Minecraft

ALL MC data has already been deleted

Already 6GB Ram provided for the MC version

Uninstalling Java Reinstalling doesn't help, so please don't spam as help… Don't help me.

Since I have to close the Minecraft Launcher as written above to be able to join, no skins are shown to me that I have read MC establishes a connection to a skin server…
