You can cheat it with the command / give "player name" minecraft: diamand_sword 1 0 {ench: [{id: 16, lvl: 100}]} At ID the ID of the enchantment comes in (sharpness has 16); at level the level (for sharpness 100 of course 100) This is possible with (almost) all values.
There's also a plugin for server names: Crazyentchantments

If you do this in a command block, you will get a sword that looks like a normal one, but makes you faster, gives you more health, and does 10,000 damage.
