To join a server you need…
1) an existing internet connection.
2) the server's IP address.
You can play BedWars on various servers, take a look at YouTube, I recommend GommeHD.net and Hypixel.net. (The names mentioned are the IP in this case)
How do I enter an IP address in my server list?
When you start the game you will see 2 game options: Singleplayer and Multiplayer - click to add a server, Multiplayer.
There you click on "Add Server" below, enter the IP, and save the server - done! Now all you have to do is join.
You can also choose "Connect directly", then your server will not be on your server list, but it will be saved in the "Connect directly" option and you can join as well.
To finally play on a server saved in your server list, left-click on it and press "Join". Alternatively, you can also double-click it.

You just have to look for a few servers on which you want to play (you can just type Minecraft server IP on the Internet and then you will see server lists on which you can play) I could recommend GommeHD, for example, the server IP would be GommeHD.net. As a beginner, I would prefer to take Hypixel. Although it is an English server, the players are also a bit "worse" in terms of PVP than on GommeHD, which is more worthwhile in the beginning in my opinion. On GommeHD you have to be really lucky that the opponent doesn't want to come straight to you and if so, it happens in 5 second intervals.
