Curseforge (Overwolf) is a good one that I can recommend. Is also, for example, RLCraft in it
So far I only know 3 Modpack Launchers for Minecraft:
FTB - Feed the Beast. For the FTB projects.
Technic Launcher. There are most of the modpacks like Tekkit, Skyfactory etc.
and Curseforge Launcher / Twitch. There it has almost all modpacks.
I used the Curseforge Launcher more.
So I had problems installing Forge, so Minecraft Installer is quite good, I also use it and runs perfectly
