It looks like I have a little problem, as soon as I start the PC it takes longer than usual to start up, but then I'm directed to a blue screen with several options. The repair that was offered did not bring anything, they say it could not repair the PC. I also do not get the safe mode started despite trying several times.
Unfortunately I really have no idea what is going on, the last thing I installed was a Minecraft mod, but I doubt that there were viruses on it.
I hope you can help me! The pc has a high emotional value to me haha.
The hard drive will be damaged or is defective.
Boot up the computer with a Linux live CD (Knoppix). You then have access to the hard drive. Secure the most important things.
Then reinstall Windows on a new hard drive.
