Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 Better Foliage mod does not work?

I have a problem.

I have installed a very large minecraft modpack but since the better foliage mod is in there (downloaded from curse forge) minecraft simply does not start so I press start but the window does not open and the debug log just does not work after a short time I have the same problem with the item physiks mod.
