My Minecraft crashes when loading because of Industrial Craft, phase 3, but only when other mods are included everything works great. Why is that

How many or which mods have you installed? And how much RAM did you allocate to Minecraft? If you can, try more RAM.

Yes exactly, the problem you have is the amount of RAM you have assigned to the launcher, imagine RAM significantly higher, then it should work, because a mod also starts smoothly!
