Why can't I play with Coremods in Minecraft?

So I want to play in Minecraft with the mods chisel and bits and Chisled me because Chisled me is a coremod I can't play with it and yes I created a Coremod ordener but it still doesn't work.

Never heard of core mods in an extra folder, I always do all mods in one folder, and then it should work
