Is there a protection in minecraft?

Since I'm building a minecraft server, I built the mine yesterday. But I wanted to ask you now if there's a command for tnt the stones + ores removed in 5 blocks? But since it is grass, the tnt can only mine stone + ore and no grass or anything else. And since you are in the adventure mod, you would have to be able to somehow place tnt on a block.
