He stays only under 1 GB ram use thereby come on the server unfortunately several laggs together (it partial white ingame up to 200 ticks are skipped) now and then the server shuts itself off because of overload also etc… I have the Java 64 bit version

* In the single player, I also use the same mods 1: 1 and Minecraft pulls there synonymous because the required ram between 1.5 and 2 GB
That's because of something else. The MC server takes as much RAM as it needs, not more.
Mods never run perfectly stable, always gives a reason why the server crashes.
That he needs only 1 GB is because the world is probably still relatively small and no more RAM is needed.
What you can try, is to test different versions of the mods, really fix can usually only the author of the mods.

It does not matter. The server does not always render / simulate the whole world but only a part of it.
Maybe you have problems there. But then not on the RAM. Probably the processor is very weak or the hard disk too lame.

Hard drive on which the server is running is an SSD disk so it should not be so…
The ticks with the server utilization, probably hamper any mods because each other. What else can be is that the world is "damaged". Can you even try to start a new world with the same mods (backup one has yes).
Do you have a crash report?
Did you set the -Xms parameter at the server?
Do not know what you have built everything, but often force too large "equipment" (so many machines and cables) the ticks to their knees.
