Where can I download Minecraft Forge?

I wanted to play with Mods again, but on Minecraft Forge's site I can't download Minecraft Forge anymore. Only a link to a page in Windows Explorer is downloaded, which will download a new link when I open it. And on and on, endless loop.

Will I get Forge somewhere else?

The download on the Forge page works fine. http://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/

Alternatively, you could take the Twitch Launcher and create a new Forge profile there. Then Forge will be installed directly.

But if I go to the page, click Recommended on Installer, wait on the next page until I can skip and then go to Save, I have a Windows Explorer page named "forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-installer "If I click on it, I want to open a page, but first I have to download exactly the same" forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-installer "again. Then everything stops and I have two "forge-1.14.4-28.1.0-installer".

Where is the mistake? I used to click Installer and directly had the file with which I could drag Minecraft Forge.
