Minecraft Forge 1.16.4 even zoom?

I'm looking for a mod that will allow me to zoom in and out evenly in Forge 1.16.4. I would like to either hold two definable buttons (one to zoom in and one to zoom out) or activate a button to activate zoom and use the mouse wheel to zoom. Hopefully this is understandable…

Please only mention something if it is guaranteed to work!

I have Optifine, of course, but (to my knowledge) it doesn't offer the zoom that I want.

What do you mean by evenly?

That not only the field of vision is switched, but that the field of vision can be adjusted evenly directly in the game. So that it looks like the zoom on a camera.
