Why is my Minecraft modpack launching so slowly?

I would like to play with some friends the Minecraft Modpack Project Ozone 3, which I have installed via the TwitchLauncher. My problem is that it loads for a very long time. And I mean just under an hour. For my friends with the same hardware, it only takes about 10 minutes.

Does anyone have an idea why this might be?

Incidentally, steps 3/7 and 6/7 require the most time by far.

Have you downloaded any other programs such as virus protection, or viruses that your friend does not have? In particular, Avira makes the PC noticeably slower. Even fours make the pc slower!

click in the small window that opens on services

put a tick on Microsoft services hide,

Now click on deactivate all and start the PC by clicking on the 'accept' button.
