Minecraft modpack server chunks load slowly?

Tach! The chunks on my 1.12.2 modpack server load bissl slowly, not unbearable but bad for jetpacks and so on. Fast flying soot, that was even harder to notice on 1.7.10 back then, so why is that? My pc is good, good internet too. Server is registered Not bad either, 1gbit connection u. Good hardware. Modpack is its own in the size of about 70 mods.

It is probably due to the number of mods. A good server needs 30 mods. Everything about it is usually too much.

Look at the ytber project novus from 2016, nothing of the same at 170 mods u. 20 players approx.
