I recently installed a few mods. But now I have a little problem, I played with the mods normally, now a voice assist starts to call me every block I'm looking at. When I first played it wasn't like that, it was just suddenly on. I tried to turn off the Minecraft sounds, but this did not help. Incidentally, I play on a MacBook, maybe there's some setting that I have activated by design.

You can deactivate it in the settings under Accessibility Settings.
