I'm looking for a mod for the 1.12.2 where you can make blocks in the SURVIVAL mode as shown in this video and can also use it like that.

The mod in the video is of course Microblocks as part of ForgeMultiPart and Addons, but not available in 1.12.2 if I'm not mistaken. Of course, this also works in survival, the saw can simply be crafted.
Alternatively, I would probably use Chisel and Bits. All forms are possible there, including survival, of course.
The question does not say chisel and bits… Because I have to edit each block individually and not. Let's say we can edit a block and then duplicate it because it is survival
Of course you can copy blocks in CnB and place them directly processed. That's what the Chisel Design item is for. However, you can also simply cut blocks in half using the Diamond Bit Saw. Just like in microblocks.
Just play with the mod and you'll find out.
