I've been playing the Modpacket FTB direwolf for some time and stumbled across the Modpacket RFTool. Unfortunately I stand on the hose where I get these dimlets.
Sometimes I have to say that the YouTube videos sometimes do not match my RFTool Mod.

Most dimlets can be made. You can only find some of them.
For your first dimension you don't need any dimlets, you can create them completely without. In the dimension you can then find RF Tools buildings wherever there are dimlets.
When watching tutorials, pay attention to your version. RF Tools has changed a lot from 1.7.10, where most of the tutorials exist, to 1.12.2.
How do I do that with the first dimension?

And how do I build the Dimlet Workbench?
Write "Dimlet Workbench" in the inventory at the bottom right and click on it.
To build a Dimlet Workbench, I need a "Dimlet Base Part" and I have no idea where to get it from.
Create a dimension for yourself. There are structures in which you can find more dimlets. Base parts should also be in there.

I was faced with the problem that I didn't even know how to create a dimension and how to get into it. Thought you needed the Dimlet Workbench and various Dimlets for it. But what doesn't say anywhere that you don't need dimlets for it.
The empty dimension that I created was a disaster.
Was immediately poisoned, slowed down, etc.
Is that normal or was I just unlucky?
I think you were unlucky. I haven't played with RFTools for a long time.
