Minecraft rpgmodpack wanted?

I'm looking for a mod pack where I use skills to defeat bosses, dungeons, etc.

Something technically oriented mods are also great.

Hardware should be expected no problems arise.

With skills I mean things like this:

-Tokyo Ghoul claws similar

Blood magic

-Magic

-Etc

The focus should by no means be based on technical progress (as with Skyblock Modpacks).

Then create a modpack

I do not really know what to do with that and prefer to rely on others. It would be too expensive to invest hours, because of which mod it does not work, etc.
