Forge can't be uninstalled?

I have in my minecraft launcher a forge profile which I can't delete because I wanted an older version so I'm out of pure desperation deleted any files in minecraft folder and now I can forge neither uninstall or start and that means I can never with mods play because I jz no new forge can blow down

You did not have to uninstall or delete anything. You can delete the .minecraftordner completely and at Sart the launcher is the newly created… If you want to change the Forge, just download the other Forge and install. They all install in parallel and you can choose in the profile the version you want to play. You do that, where you can also change the MC version…

If all else fails, reinstall MC… But save the save data if you want to keep your worlds… Otherwise everything is! Way… Even if you delete the .minecraft folder!
