Minecraft mods look weird?

Hello first I downloaded minecraft mods there's the strange e sign and I don't know where to put the mods in the minecraft folder but you have to unzip them with java or winrar and 7 zip or?

You just downloaded the internet address. I recommend you something simpler where you don't download a virus:

Install the Twitch launcher (https://m.twitch.tv/downloads) if you have installed it log in. Go to Mods> Minecraft> Create Custom Profile> Select Profile> More Content

And there you have all the mods for the respective version (the Minecraft version you selected when creating the profile)

Well twitch there's no deco craft because I have twitch and also no sim u craft no mr craft fish funiture mod and such.

Twitch only shows the mods that match the version in the launcher. If you install 1.15.2, you will only see mods for 1.15.2. DecoCraft e.g. But does not exist for 1.15.2. If you install 1.12.2 you will also see DecoCraft.
