I may have found the solution.
After the research, the META-INF folder in mods are forgotten, leading to the black screen. If you delete those folders in the coroutil and the weather2 java files (along with changing the B: Misc_proxyRenderOverrideEnabled to false), it should work. I have had this problem as well as following those steps, the black screen vanished.
