Own Minecraft seed?

You need to hit a block of grass, preferably with a hoe, and place the seeds on it. This does not mean "create" but "plant".

Unless you mean the seed you need to generate a Minecraft world. So if you work at Mojang, you should already know that you can do it. If you don't work at Mojang, you have to write to support and ask them to create a seed for you, which is very unlikely.
