So don't overclock… Just reset everything before your components break. If you only play the games you listed there, you don't even need to overclock
Probably the voltage is no longer correct which your power supply creates, what kind of one do you have inside? Possibly adjust the voltages again, for example via AMD Ryzen Master

If you are not interested in the opinion of others about your problem, you are wrong here. Then enter something in Google and see if you can find anything there. We're people and give our opinions on it. If you don't want to go to a lonely forest without internet or anything
Did you increase the tension accordingly? And what does overclocking mean to you to the maximum? Does that mean that you overclocked the card in the BIOS or with programs like the Afterburner?
