Can a Minecraft account be banned by Mojang?

I have been playing with a hack client for some time now and am afraid that my account will be blocked and that I will never be able to play MC again. Can an account of Mojang be completely blocked?

Br

No, chop and grit is explicitly tolerated by mojang in the EULA (although not gladly seen of course). It was at least when I last looked.

Jup, still said, "If you combine your mod with the Minecraft software, we call this combination a" modified version "of the game. […] You may not distribute modified versions of our game or our software, and we would be grateful if you did not use Mods for griefing. "

So the usage is allowed, but you are not allowed to redistribute the client (since it contains partially mojang software).

Due to a hacking client Mojang can't ban you. But what you have to watch out for is that you only use hack clients from known sites, as hack clients can often contain viruses or even steal your Minecraft account.

1. Stop with your complexes and let the hacking, 2. Yes, there are Mojang Bans, but not for hacking itself. However, if you're only playing with your own account anyway, you'll soon have no servers left to dump on.

Can I even confirm.

Je

It would be better that any modification must first be checked by the Mojang.

I do not find. Then something like the Pokemon Mod would not be possible because this is an illegal copyright infringement, so Mojang would have to ban it.

That would just Mojang also cost a lot of resources that they would probably have to put on the Mod creator, means most mods were well paid from the point.

Or, if left to the platform operator (e.g., Indirect Amazon or Planet Minecraft).

Br

TZDir would cost that too many resources. You have to somehow get the money back, which costs the exam.

And even then, since when do hackers stick to terms and conditions? Distributing Hackclients anyway violates the terms and conditions and copyright. Is not a single mod more, but a modified version of the client.

Je

Examination costs yes

Yes, but you would only have to take the 1000 most popular mods. Then you would have the means. And also behind Curseforge indirectly the data octopus Amazon.

Br

What do you mean you would have to take the 1000 most popular mods? What should you do with them?

In any case, had to check all, is otherwise nonsense to prescribe the test.

Yes and? Amazon does not make the safe for lukewarm. They also want to earn their money.

Br

Apart from the fact that Mojang Microsoft belongs. Would not be happy to outsource to Amazon.

Je

They also want to earn their money.

Yes through advertising.

Je

Would not be happy to outsource to Amazon.

Yes that's true, but it's additional content offered on a platform operated indirectly by Amazon.

Br

Where, in the downloads or how?

Would you then commit the fashion manufacturers to upload the mods only there? Then something like Tekkit and ftb would not be allowed anymore.

Je

FTB = Curse Forge = = Twitch Amazon

So you would have to take the website operator into more liability. And evntl. Threaten with blocking the website.

Br

So then you want to make something like Tekkit illegal and create the mod almost take the rights to their own mods?

I think a very bad idea.

Especially since it does not help, hackclienten are not mods, but already illegal (at least for the uploading).

Je

Forge would rather have more liability and all clients (there are also good clients such as BAC) would have to be approved by Mojang first.

A Minecraft Hackclient is a Mod and Nothing that really "Hacks". It just sends Wrong Informations to the Servers so it should be legal
