Your Minecraft account has been blocked on the server. Which you could always access by joining the server with your name

Your IP address itself was not banned, that would bring nothing, it is the individual accounts have a lock. Maybe even a hardware spell, but no idea whether Minecraft or Mojang uses something like that.

Not correct. The name is not banned but the so-called UUID. That's your ID number, so to speak. If you change your name you stay called everywhere.
Why your other accounts were banned?
Probably an Ip-Ban. They can indeed bring something! Mostly ip bans are only for a maximum of 24 hours. If you use the Ip-Ban correctly, you can also ban the other accounts
