Hi, I wanted to ask if there's a plugin with which you can be forwarded to another server, e.g. When you go through a portal.
I don't think there's a plugin for this, because plugins can only change things "in the" server / network. But with Multiverse Core (plugin) you can create several worlds with which you can teleport yourself with commands. I think that works with portals too.
