PexPrefix plugin?

I own a 1.8 spigot server. Could someone of you please develop a PexPrefix plugin?

The plugin must work automatically without Permissions or Config or so with PermissionsEx and the PermissionsEx groups prefix

It must display chat, tablist, nametag prefix and so on.

It needs to override Animated Tablist plugins or something like that so the prefix does not disappear.

How should the plugin without config know how you want to arrange the ranks in the tablist and how the prefixes should be above the head / tab?

I have a plugin. It is for Pex, adds chat, tab and prefix above the head.

What do you mean by the Animated Tablist? As far as I know this is not overwritten

With config I meant eg this strange Rank.System1 Permissions and so weird. Could you please send it to me on Discord?
